September 2006: Last days of the summer...

Photos of Tris and Marta from the last days of summer. Tristan is now over 3 months old but he is still the quiet man - he even has the red hair and the white skin of an Irish man. Apologies for the side-ways photos.

An example of Marta's Spanglish

"Mira Papa! A swings de Marta's!"

She uses both the English posessive ("Marta's") and the Spanish form as well ("de Marta") in order to say something is hers... She may not be bilingual yet, but you need to be bilingual to understand her...

Sisterly love

Marta has now officially stopped hitting and pushing her brother and has decided 'Teetan' is really nice. Lucky for him.

Dressing up...

Marta dressed up as a princess for the local 'fiestas' and hooked up with her friend Álvaro (a local pirate). First time in history the princess frightened the pirate and not vice versa...
